The Parish Pastoral Council is made up of representatives from all parish committees and exists to support the clergy in the pastoral care of the parish. Through monthly meetings, the Council reflects on the spiritual and pastoral needs of the community, coordinates parish activities and events, reviews recent initiatives, and identifies ways to strengthen parish life and draw people closer to Christ.
Over the past year, the Council worked closely with the clergy to respond to the spiritual journey of our diverse parish family. This included enhancing liturgical life, supporting faith formation programs for all ages, and encouraging greater participation across parish ministries. A central focus remained listening to the needs and aspirations of parishioners, ensuring that parish life reflects both faith and care for the community.
The Council continued to play a key role in guiding and supporting parish committees, promoting collaboration and unity of purpose. By setting the parish vision, the Council helped shape clear objectives that informed the work of each committee and supported shared spiritual goals.
Outreach to the wider community remained a priority. The Council sought to ensure that the parish stands as a place of welcome, connection, and practical support, serving as a visible witness to Christ’s love and values.
The Parish Pastoral Council thanks all volunteers and parishioners for their dedication and service. Their commitment continues to shape Our Lady of Lebanon as a strong, faith-filled, and welcoming spiritual home.
